Julia and Neil's Wedding

Yesterday Alan and I had the absolute pleasure of photographing the wedding of Julia and Neil. It really was a very special day for all involved. The day started with me meeting Julia and her gorgeous family and bridesmaids, Bethany, Kara and Annie at her home, whilst Alan met up with Neil, Graham and Jordan for the getting ready shots. It was not long before it was time to depart for their ceremony that was to take place at the beautiful St Aldhelm's chapel, situated out on the ledge at Worthy Matravers, stopping off for some sneaky shots at Corfe Castle - the girls and the Square and Compass pub - the boys.

Once at the chapel the marriage ceremony could begin, this was a very special moment, as it was Neil's Dad Alun who conducted the service in the chapel lit only by candlelight. There was hardly a dry eye in the house as both Neil and Julia recited their vows from memory. As the newly weds left the chapel it soon became clear just how windy the day was so we popped back in for the group shots before Julia and Neil our new Mr and Mrs, came out to the cliff top for some bridal portraits.

Julia and Neil then left in their wonderful wedding Landrover heading for the beach and some more portraits before heading back for their reception.
