Julie and Ross Prewedding Photoshoot

On a damp Sunday, Alan and I met up with Julie and Ross at Highcliffe Castle for their prewedding photoshoot.  In between dodging the showers, we ventured out into the gardens for some photos. Julie and Ross' wedding is just around the corner and we are very much being a part of their big day!
Here is sneak preview of some of the photos we took - enjoy!!

Sarah and Simon's gorgeous wedding

Saturday saw us photographing another wedding. This time it was the turn of Sarah and Simon and it was a lovely day despite the rain! I started the day at Sarah’s parents’ house where the welcome was warm, it was a lovely atmosphere! Sarah was accompanied by her two bridesmaids, Kaye who had travelled down from Manchester and by Calli who had flown in from New Zealand the night before – how is that for effort!!

It was not long before it was time from Sarah to put on her wedding dress, she had not gone for the traditional, instead opting for a stunning pale gold three quarter length vintage inspired dress that was perfect for her!

Alan met up with the boys in Poole and after a little bit of encouragement to get dressed, the boys did so and looked fabulous in their grey suits and teal accessories. It was going to be a great day.

The venue for the wedding was Sarah’s family church, St Mary’s RC Church in Poole which made the day even more special as the couple exchanged their vows. Following their marriage the weather was not kind, so it was inside the light filled venue for some photos. The atmosphere was one of high spirits and laughter, it was great to be a part of this.

We then headed off for their reception. The Italian Villa at Compton Acres, one of our favourite venues! Here the skies cleared and we were able to get outside into the glorious gardens for some photos. Following the speeches, we popped down to beach for some lovely romantic portraits which will make a lovely end to the couple’s album.

Alan and I would like to extend our thanks to Sarah and Simon for choosing us to photograph their wedding. We hope you have enjoyed looking at these previews; there will be lots more online in your password protected area of our site on your return from Gran Canaria!

Love
