Alan met up with Mark, best man Alex and his ushers Simon and Nathan at Immanuel Church, Southbourne where the ceremony was to take place. We really were spoilt with some of the boys in full dress military uniforms; these always look great in photos!
After the ceremony it was outside for some informal photos and a some cracking confetti shots. The newly weds then headed to Boscombe seafront in their vintage VW Campervan for some seaside shots and onto their reception at The Italian Villa at Compton Acres where the celebrations could begin.
Caroline and Mark wanted us to capture their whole day, so it was the speeches next and what a brilliant set of speeches they had. You couldn’t help but laugh along with Caroline’s Dad, be warmed by Mark’s tale of his proposal and be entertained by best man’s creative speech! It was the first time we have had a groom play football, surf and play guitar – hat’s off to Alex for that one!
The beach beckoned before the evening reception began and the day was documented for the happy couple who are off on honeymoon to Hawaii (Alan and I went to Hawaii for our honeymoon 13 years ago) so we know they are going to have a FABULOUS time!!
Congratulations once again and thank you for choosing us to photograph your wedding!
